#### System Concept
A sprinkler-type automatic fire detection and firefighting system, commonly employed in accommodation and service spaces on ships, operates on the principle of localized activation. Each sprinkler head is a detector and an extinguishing device in one. Upon detecting a pre-set temperature rise caused by a fire, the individual sprinkler head activates, discharging water directly onto the fire area. This system minimizes water damage by only activating the necessary heads while simultaneously sounding alarms and, in many cases, initiating the fire pump.
